I want you to know something from the outset of this report and that something is this: I care about you and I sincerely signify. I really do want you to move to a new comfort zone, engineered to be pleasurable and clear of fear. Napoleon Hill wrote one of the primary books of all time. Quite simply "Think and Grow Rich." The essence of the book, the secret it reveals over and over again is this: you must create a burning desire.

Don't put this book down thinking the prior statement is cliché and you already knew that! I will be simply leading that you my next point, the subsequent point being is - your desire wants a starting point. So to start developing desire, my secret is you must have a purpose. Exactly why do you want to pursue property? I know what you're thinking: to make money, to have security, to feel useful and appearance successful. Good points. I agree you can have all of that and more if that is what you desire.

Now this is something that comes before any of those things you desire. Exactly what is the purpose of all those things? Purpose, purpose, purpose...you need to first define purpose prior to getting the things. My purpose, possibly even I thought early in my career, was to move up to a nicer house and still have my first house become my first rental. When I moved up to another location one, I quickly learned after I rented it out, I was in some way in charge of creating happiness and the reassurance of the life of another man or woman who was of no relation to its me.

It soon was evident in my experience how the choices I stated in choosing that first property either is needed me or hurt me inside my quest to succeed in agreement investment business.

It is totally cumulative, everything you do and just how you do it adds up. It compounds itself plus it either makes life simpler or more difficult. I am about to give you experiences you could learn from that will make life simpler; I am going to show you how. That is my purpose.
